Day one of the annual Cornwall and Devon Lawn Tennis Association coaches conference, my Locker Room Power presentation got 49 thinking caps, on their feet and a few coaches blindfolded. All of this, in the name of teamwork, conquering fear, developing strengths and creating the aura. In the afternoon it was a doubles masterclass focusing on the differences between club standard doubles versus the elite ATP Tour, Inc. level doubles. A massive thank you to Hilary Webster and Hayley Hearn for their brilliant hospitality and seamless organisation. I appreciate the comments about my “thought provoking” presentation and look forward to next year.
